March weather

The weather this year has been very strange so far. Here is the scene on Sunday with a very wintery garden.

You can just see a strange row of pawprints leading towards the pond. This is the cat's favourite route, although they were not amused to find that their large 'water bowl' was frozen over.

I am so desperate to start gardening this year, but far too cold. I have promised myself that at the first milder, dry day I will sort out the mini-greenhouse and some seed trays. Seeing the first seedlings always raises the spirits.

And today its about 10 degrees (C) warmer, and pouring with rain. At least I've done some studying - I posted my first assignment today.
